This Agreement is between Pell Solar Inc. ("Company"), License #949122, and the Referrer.
2. REWARD STRUCTURE
☀️ Solar + Battery:
• 1st: $500 • 2nd: $1,000 • 3rd: $1,500 • 4th+: $2,000
🔋 Battery Only:
• 1st: $250 • 2nd+: $500 each
3. QUALIFYING REFERRAL
New customer, signs contract, system installed, receives PTO. One reward per address.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Paid after PTO. Cash ~10 business days. Lease/finance ~15 business days. Cancelled = no reward.
5. TAX OBLIGATIONS
Rewards are taxable income. 1099-NEC issued if $2,000+ earned in a calendar year.
6. PROGRAM RULES
No self-referrals. Employees not eligible. First referral wins on duplicates. Pell Solar may modify the program at any time.

›After your referral receives Permission to Operate (PTO) — the final step when the utility activates their system.
• Cash: ~10 business days after PTO
• Lease/Finance: ~15 business days after PTO
Cancelled projects do not qualify.
How do I refer someone?
›1. Send your link — share your personal referral URL. When they request a quote through your link, they're tracked to you automatically.
2. Submit their info — enter their name and phone number directly in the app. Pell Solar reaches out on your behalf.
